Refund policy

At our store, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

To initiate a return, please email us at billanottacoach@desi-gym.com with your order details. Once approved, ship the item to: 22 Sidmouth Avenue, Isleworth, TW7 4DW, United Kingdom. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items only. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as gift cards or customized products, cannot be returned.
